OUR History
Back in the 1980s when we first opened, our prices were NT $ 50 for a small bowl, NT $ 70 for medium, and NT $90 for large. Therefore, the name " 579 ", despite the prices are affordable, we never cut corners on quality ! Our commitment to top-notch ingredients quickly earned us the love and loyalty of many customers. The origins of BEEF NOODLE SOUP date back to 1949 when veteran soldiers from mainland China migrated to Taiwan. Blending the favors of their homeland with fresh local ingredients, they created a uniquely flavorful dish that came to beknown as beef noodle soup. Each bowl captures the essence of traditional Chinese cuisine-one bite evokes memories of a distant homeland and the warmth of loved ones. Today, this comforting, steaming bowl of beef noodlesoup has made its way beyond reaching Chinese Taiwan, communities across the globe. Wherever it's found, it offers a taste of home and brings comfort to those longing for their roots.

The kitchen hums to life as fresh ingredients, bought daily, are carefully washed, prepped, and portioned. ​The heart of our noodles lies in our signature broth which is a labor of time and dedication. We simmer beef bones for over 10 hours, layering flavors slowly with hand-selected spices and fresh vegetables. This process isn’t rushed; it’s done the way it has been for generations, allowing every note of richness and depth to develop naturally. ​
